　　The company was founded in 1968 named as Leshan Xincheng Chinese Traditional Medicine Plant. After it’s renamed as Sichuan Leshan Chinese Traditional Medicine Plant in 1979, it’s renamed as Sichuan Leshan Daqian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 1995 again; in 2002, it’s purchased by Sichuan Yulan Textile Co., Ltd. and removed to Ziyang. At present, the company was renamed as Sichuan Daqian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

　　Located on the bank of Tuojiang River, the company occupies 82000 m2 areas with building areas of 27830 m2 neighboring Chengyu Railway, Chengyu Expressway and National No.312 Highway with convenient traffic condition and excellent environment; Daqian invested 72.74 million RMB to establish a GMP workshop and supply facility in 2003, and which passed national GMP certification in January of 2005. At present, Daqian is equipped with 363 state-of-the-art pharmaceutical apparatus & test instruments and 9 automatic production lines, which can produce 1.2 million packs of Chinese patent medicines annually with 1.2 billion RMB production value per year. The company owns 500 employees, including over 100 personnel with educational background of junior college and above, one doctor, three masters, over 40 senior technicians and over 100 intermediate technicians.
